Extremely helpful staff, friendly, customer service very good. Room could have benefitted from more coffee,/teas and sundries. Overall very good value for money

Rooms clean and warm but could do with a freshen up decoratively. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the lack of disabled facilities. The ground floor rooms were sorted, but no walk in shower was available for us, and the small lift in the bar area was not working, nor did I see anyone attending to it during our 2 night stay. This limited where my family could sit for meals.

The reason we chose the Royal Ashton was that they allow pets (for a fee) The room are clean and have good beds. But this hotel has been very ambitious in cramming as many rooms as possible in an old building!

Room clean, food good, staff friendly, only issue air conditioning wasnt working . Informed staff fan placed in room, however room still uncomfortably warm

Staffs are helpful, nice food, clean room and good breakfast

Dinner and breakfast were both good. Good variety and quality of food.
