Booking the accommodation using my member points meant I had to pay separately (and expensively) for breakfast. Mixed communication from reception staff regarding check-in options. Only one coffee machine at breakfast resulted in big queues. Bar staff and kitchen staff were great. Room was nice Overall, it was ok but expensive for what the hotel is

The room was tastefully decorated, and everything was just in the perfect place - it makes a difference !! Staff were all very very helpful and polite. Very convenient location too being just off the motorway - surprisingly with still no noise pollution.

Standards are dropping here…stayed here many times but this time it wasn’t great Room was dusty, tops dirty Service in bar was slow and lax. I had the “ultimate burger” …was probably the worst,sloppiest meat I’d had in years Overall a serious slip from what has been a great hotel
