We have stopped in this hotel many times and always enjoyed it. Sadly this time the room was very noisy, I did report this on the first morning. They said they would get maintenance to look into the noisy fan but this didnt happen. every time the heating kicked in it woke us up

Second stay at the hotel, left disappointed, king room over looking the water towers and disused pallets. Room was for some strange reason a disabled access room, shower nearly flooded the bathroom ( Yes a wet room but drain didnt cope) ment when you wanted to use the toilet you needed your best hunters wellies .

We stayed one night at the hotel. Service was fine. Location was good, just off J30 of M5. We had interconnecting rooms, size of the rooms was good. The beds very comfortable. Had no shower cap (it is a 4*, I was expecting this). The water pressure in shower was not existing. In one of the rooms the window was shuttered (there was another one in the restaurant), not dangerous, but we had no warning about it. Wi-Fi didn't work in the room. Breakfast choice was limited. Electrical charging is PodPoint, make sure you have an app for it, it is not free. I am not sure if I would stay again.

The breakfast was great, check in good, but no hairdryer. No bottled water. On floor 4 someone had left a dirty towel & a pillow in the corridor when I checked in at 4.45 pm yesterday. It was still there when I checked out at 8.30 this morning. Expect more for the price.

Fire alarm went off at 1.30am all stood outside, then told by one of the staff we could go back then a fire crew told us off for entering the building! Ordered a meal from the QR code on the table meal was average didn’t get a receipt when I enquired about a receipt for the meal on check out was told to email my request!!

Second stay, great room. Breakfast selection lovely. Dined in The Bistro on level 3 quick service,. Its a shame parking isnt included in room rate. We have family in Exmouth who we visit regularly and tjis hotel is perfect
