Low water pressure, bed by the window is very uncomfortable has a dip in it. I was looking for a wash cloth for the dishes I had to used one from the bathroom. I stayed here just because of the kitchenette.

The hotel is new and the rooms are very clean, but the room doors slams so hard and loud it would scare you if you are sleeping. Great location it’s near everything malls, casinos and the port.

The room was clean, check in was easy, and the location felt safe. Those were the positives. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in after we arrived. There were internal issues that day so they had to move us to a different room because the one we rented hadn’t been cleaned. That’s fine. No issue from us. But they didn’t register they changed the room so we got a knock the next morning asking why we were in there because the room was supposed to be empty. The room was clean but maybe due to the location it was incredibly bright and just had mini blinds and no blackout curtains so it was like sleeping with a lamp on. The bed was uncomfortable and you should bring your own pillows. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep much. I won’t stay there again but the location is close to everything so it’s sad that I won’t stay there again since we do this same trip every year. We wouldn’t have tried it except our normal place was booked by the time I got around to making reservations so we had to branch out. I won’t make that mistake again.

Staff was great this time. This hotel is quiet and close to the casino, which is great. There could be a little bit more attention paid to cleaning the rooms. There were some dirty marks as the floor in the bathroom and some debris in the corner of the room.

Beds are not the most comfortable cheap mattress towels are stained, the blinds in the room are not enough the light outside shown very bright in the room. No extra mirror in the room except in the bathroom. My room key didn’t work next day when I stayed 2 days.

Bed frame was squeaky and flimsy . No housekeeping in 3 days . Breakfast “on the go” is basically a coffee counter. Wouldn’t pay more than $75 max Good easy parking
