Dark interior hotel that doesn’t want interaction with you. Check-in by WhatsApp although receptionist is standing in front of you and messages all to your phone. Most bizarre. Signage inside hotel is poor. Halls etc all black and dull lighting . Would not stay again

Delightful staff: I was early for check in but the receptionist (Jay) told me I could wait in the snack bar. 10 minutes later he took me to my room. It was spacious, well equiped and quiet. The hotel is down a small street so although it's almost in the heart of Ximen, it has none of the noise. I'm going back to Taipei in a few days and staying there again

The main pic for this hotel is of it's lounge with a coffee machine, the coffee machine no longer exists and for the first day of my 3 day stay no coffee was available either in any format. Rooms are nice, bed was comfy, though pillows were very hard and duvet is too small for bed. The snacks in lounge are good and free. Walking distance to ximen Station and local shops and restaurants. It's a self serve kind of place, pick up clean towels on first floor, cleaning only offered if staying more than 3 days etc. The worst thing was the WiFi, it's pretty non existent

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was very clean and quiet for resting. The staff speak good english and are always helpful. Super convenient location too close to all the Ximending shopping and eating places! It is a bit dark on the outside but once you get in it’s a very comfortable place to stay.

Hotel is dark, located in a small alley, quite scary to walk back alone at night. Room was fine. When I asked how much for 2 hours late check-in, they replied it will be free if I give them 5 star review. Very inappropriate to "buy" your reviews. The lobby staff are not always there, but they are available on wtsapp 24/7. Overall I would say its 7/10 but the buying of 5 star review really puts me off. I wonder whether the scores they have in expedia or Google is accurate. I will not stay there again

Location was in a quieter part of Ximending but still close to the main thoroughfare. Hotel uses line app so one can message them any time without being physically at the front desk. The explanations were quite clear as well. Room was clean and big enough. For longer stays, you can request for a complementary cleaning of the room. Complementary drinks and snacks are available 24 hours at the lounge area so it is quite convenient.

Perfect location for shopping and restaurants! The hotel was also very quiet even though it is in a busy area and it was very clean. Great customer service at the front desk and on the Line app (used for check in and hotel contact). Free water, snacks and laundry on 2nd floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Overall, the hotel is very clean and in a great location. The location is steps from bustling streets, <10 minutes to the MRT, and felt very safe (as did all of Taipei). The rooms are as advertised in terms of design and condition. I'm taking off 1 star because I was surprised by the following: - The hotel only does free room cleanings 1x/3days. You can get an additional room cleaning for an extra charge (1000 NTD if I remember correctly). Alternatively, the front desk can direct you to where you can pick up clean towels and throw out your trash yourself. - The hallways and elevator are dimly lit. Thankfully, the area feels

This is a very well managed property. The entrance is a little hard to find and you think you’re in a shady area walking down the little alley, but you feel like you’re in a different world once you enter. Staff are friendly and polite. My room on 8th floor was clean and spacious with a balcony. The close proximity to ximending makes shopping, eating, and night life very convenient. Metro station is about 10 minutes walk. I recommend it.
