The hotel staff were truly wonderful—very kind, professional, and accommodating. My main concern, however, was the mattress in my room. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on plywood. Housekeeping kindly tried to make it more comfortable, but unfortunately it remained very hard and stiff and resulted in sleepless nights throughout my stay. I am not sure if this issue is limited to room 1626 or if it is more widespread, but I strongly feel the mattress needs to be replaced, as it greatly affected the quality of rest during my visit. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I appreciate the service your staff provided and hope this concern can be addressed for future guests.

We arrived in Taiwan early at around 6:00 AM, so I booked a room a day in advance to rest right away, especially since we were traveling with a baby. Upon arrival, we asked if a family room (which we booked for our 3-night stay) was already available, but were initially told the hotel was fully booked. We stayed in the standard room first so our baby could rest, and shortly after, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded us to a family room to avoid the hassle of transferring rooms. Overall, our stay was great. The location is excellent, with direct MRT access in the basement and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

Location is very good. However, the room was dire. Photos of the rooms on the website show modern rooms, but the reality is vastly different. Our room looked like it had not been renovated since 1986. The bed was old and hard, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom and there was only one bedside table. I feel deceived. I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it!

Centrally located. Room was spacious for a family of four, although a bit dated in decor and furnishings. Large window views onto Taipei main Station across the street was spectacular especially at night with city lights in the background. Windows could use cleaning though. Good to have self-serve laundry facilities on site. Housekeeping and front desk/lobby staff helpful and nice. Had buffet breakfast last morning to try it out but was not impressed. Quality of food could be better. Lots of eateries outside far superior. Overall, we enjoyed our one week stay at Ceaser Park for many reasons, especially nice bedding and firm mattress.
