I had an overall really nice stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially housekeeping, who checked if I needed anything when I ran into them in the hallway a few times, even though I didn’t require a full room cleaning. Two main concerns were the shower, which had a slight mildew smell, and the soundproofing. During my 11-day stay, there were two separate nights when I could hear other guests laughing and talking loudly or having mini parties in their rooms late past midnight.

We had an excellent stay at Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-maintained — truly a comfortable place to unwind after our daily outings. The people working at breakfast were very rude and have no idea about customer service. Also move list for check in were you pay as they are clearly confused who should be doing what.
