I liked the proximity to events and restaurants. I also liked the overall ambience of the hotel. The food at the restaurant on site was good and the service was also good. However, the in room amenities and housekeeping were lacking. For a family of 4 we were given 1 bath towel and 2 wash cloths. No hand towels at all. There was also food from a previous guest left in the refrigerator and trash around the bed. Housekeeping came by one time which was appropriate but took all the towels we were given and did not replace them. She was also not very friendly. I have stayed here before and I do not recall something like this happening but I was not impressed this time around.

The food selection was good and moderately priced. I was served a green salad with rotten lettuce. They offered a fresh salad but I no longer wanted one - they credited my bill above the cost of the salad which was appreciated for the inconvenience. I did not like the bathroom door - it was a barn door type slider which did not keep the light or sound of my hair dryer, etc from entering the main room where my husband was trying to sleep. Other than that we had a good experience. We were able to enter the convention center from the 3rd floor of our hotel which was real nice! Parking overnight and the next day (after our 11am checkout) was less than $30 and we did see a security guard present in the parking garage. I don't recommend bringing a large vehicle although there were some limited parking options for them.

Over all the experience was ok but not worth the hefty price. I was expecting much better because of the photos and room I thought I would be getting. I originally booked a room at this location because I had to be at the convention center very early and the location was very convenient. However, they didn’t give me the type of room I originally booked and paid for and they refused a refund for any portion of the total price. They didn’t give any notice of parking charges either which was frustrating. The bed/bedding was awful and the view from the room was the top level of the parking garage looking directly at peoples vehicles so one window was not usable. The staff was kind enough but unhelpful with the issues I brought up. Over all just absolutely not worth the price. Will not be staying at a Marriott again - Rooms Look great but nothing is actually comfortable. All facades designed to look good in pictures but with no actual quality - Noteworthy details Parking is expensive, they didn’t disclose I would be charged, and the garage is super small. They have 1 security guard that I saw but if you can I’d skip the garage and park elsewhere. Not worth the money

The only thing was our neighbor was very noisy and had had the tv on full level all night. We called the desk but no change was noted. I would hope the walls would be thicker to reduce this issue
