The staff at Drury Inn & Suites Southwest St. Louis were one of the highlights of the property. They were very friendly and wanted to make the stay an excellent experience. For us, the location was important. This was a central location at a good value.

Horrible stay. Booked 3 nights and beds were hard as a rock. Bathroom is tiny and not vented. Staff was not helpful at all. Breakfast was typical but no plates. Had someone's scabs in our sheets and staff could careless. Won't ever stay at this hotel again. Not worth the money and staff was not helpful ...

Overall bad experience. Arrived for weekend stay on Friday at 330pm. Got in room and turned AC down low to get room cold. Put some perishables away in fridge for later.
