First two nights were excellent. Third night in a new room. Window would not close. Street noise kept me awake all night. Just an old terrible room. I was moved to a newer room which was good. Staff at reception and bar were excellent. Would only return to hotel if I had a room not on the high street side

This hotel is across the street from the main train station. There is a parkade just beside the hotel with short-term and daily parking at a reasonable price. Rooms are small but functional and comfortable. The area is a few blocks from the main market for baking, shopping, and eating. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in the area. There is a bar/restaurant on site as well.

Every staff there was so loverly and very helpfull the food was outstanding specially the breakfast the room was very nice and clean the only thing was the toilet in the room was a bit 2 low for me as i struggle with my legs the girl at the reception did look for a toilet seat raiser for me but couldnt find one cant fault it what so ever i had a loverly 2 night stay

Convenient for Swansea Arena

We have stayed many times at the Grand Hotel because of its convenience for Swanesa Arena. Breakfast is always fantastic. Only given it 4 this time because room was a little dark and drab. Will ask for a different room next time.

Welcoming and friendly staff, comfy bed and great breakfast choice. We would certainly be happy to stay here again. The music in the restaurant during breakfast is a bit intrusive and parts of the hotel look a little tired but it’s certainly not enough to spoil the stay, this is mentioned as constructive feedback, not a complaint! It’s a lovely hotel.
