- this house was just. Built so the grass has not grown yet in the front yard. We will not have grass closer to summer (home was completed mid December of 2024 so during winter)

- the room containing 3 single sized beds does not have a door so does not provide privacy

The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 20. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner provided check-in info well in advance. However, our group was really hoping to use the home theatre during our stay but couldn’t figure out how to get the system to work. Messaged the owner for help but got zero response at all throughout our 4 day stay.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The home was clean, fresh and the area outside as well. The view from that top balconies is beautiful. Everything that is in the pictures is present. This home is amazing!The only issue we ran into was weren't able to figure out the home theater and the heat in one bedroom. We messaged the managers on the vrbo app but they did not answer.
