the property was well maintained but is aging. our management person on the day was excellent and briefed us on security and other good to know info. location riverside is excellent so you can park the car keys during your stay.

The studio apartment was very tiny with three chairs taking up the limited floor space. Hence no room for our suitcases. The TV was positioned very high on the wall making it very difficult to watch. The only shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries was very narrow and high. The window was tiny, meaning that the limited view of the pool could only be achieved by standing right next to it. The plantation shutters allowed the outside lighting to keep the room relatively bright all night. The lift was great - no lugging suitcases upstairs. There were plenty of good places to eat right on the doorstep.

Colonial Resort is centrally located, but the units are at the back of the block and in a garden setting with pool views. Very tranquil setting. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed.

Communication with Reception Manager was prompt and informative. Beautiful resort style complex with a great pool and spa. Walking track along the river is just out front with lots of dining options as well. The room was spacious and had everything you need. Free bus in to Hastings street, 9mins, during school holidays was a bonus as parking difficult in Noosa its self. Under Cover secure parking was perfect, all be it a little tight, kept car cool on the hot summer days. Only grievance was that we would have loved extra towels with cost or more washing powder to wash the one towel each over 3 days. This was definitely over shadowed by how perfect everything else was.

Really liked the property, studio apartment very small though. Ok for our short visit, however really missed having no sink for dishes. Also missed having a balcony or outside door opening - felt a bit hot and small.

Friendly and welcoming managers and staff. Our apartment was excellent, very clean and well appointed. Great location, walkable to river, restaurants and supermarket. Will definitely recommend Colonial Resort to family and friends.

A good and affordable place to stay in Noosa. Rooms are small but functional, WiFi very good. Blinds let in a bit too much light, outside lights left on all night, could be turned off.
