We had such a wonderful experience during our weekend stay! From the very beginning, the customer service stood out. Mark and Gary went above and beyond, providing helpful guidance before we even arrived and following up afterwards to ensure we were completely satisfied. That level of care made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. The accommodation itself was spotless and incredibly well-organised. Every space felt thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that cleanliness is a real priority. It made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. It is the perfect place for a relaxing family stay. I would absolutely return with my family and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a smooth, stress-free stay.

We had the most amazing stay at the beautiful Chez Noosa! Mark and Gary were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed in deluxe apartment which was spotlessly clean and picturesque. For the duration of our stay, we were generously offered weekly linen and towel changes, as well as other amenities. Mark and Gary thought of every detail, and would message us to confirm when an appropriate cleaning time would be. This made our stay very effortless and stress-free. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop next door that takes you to popular places such as Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads, even all the way down to Maroochydore. We highly recommend staying at Chez Noosa, it has been a highlight for us in Australia! Thank you Mark and Gary for such a memorable trip, we really do appreciate it.

The room was absolutely lovely. We were only there for 1 night, but it was quiet, comfy and cozy. The apartment was the perfect size for 1-2 people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again.

The staff at the accommodation were incredibly friendly. Since it was our first visit to Noosa, they kindly introduced us to many attractions, and all of their recommendations were absolutely perfect for my partner and I. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. If we visit Noosa again, we would definitely love to stay here once more.

This is the best place we have stayed in on our Australia trip so far. Our experience in Chez Noosa was just wonderful from start to finish. Mark shared some local knowledge with us when we checked in with some helpful maps and gave us some good info about the area. The rooms were spotless and set out really nice and gave a very home like feel and the rooms were really quiet. The swimming pool and spa pool was also lovely and Mark and Gary were both very quick to help us with anything we needed. 100% Reccomend Chez Noosa. Our only regret was that we didnt stay longer.

Staff we so lovely with check in/out being a breeze! Apartment was a great size and clean. Bed was comfortable although the pillows weren't. personally I struggle sleeping on down pillows and that's all I had. My only other concern were the drains. They all seemed to smell once water went down and the drain in the bathroom didn't have a grate. Hair dryer was supplied with a great iron and clothes hanger. Overall enjoyed my stay.

From the moment I arrived at Chez Noosa, I knew I was in for something special. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming making me feel right at home. The room exceeded my expectations: spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches that made my stay feel extra luxurious. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby the whole time. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool area, a well-equipped arenas that was pure bliss.

We were in the area for four days as a gift from our daughters. Chez Noosa was a peaceful escape with easy access to shops, plenty of dining options and the beach. The hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. A delightful relaxing time. Would definitely stay there again.

the managers Mark and Gary are friendly, helpful and keep the property in a clean condition. They are also happy to recommend things to do and places to eat. The accommodation is close to public transport to the main beach Noosa Heads and the Noosa Junction where there are shops, cafes and restaurants, a Coles and fresh fishmongers and a pleasant stroll down a path abutting the Noosa national park also takes you to Coles and the shopping strip. Reasonably priced and highly recommend.

Mark & Gary are so wonderful when we checked in, Mark has giving us so many helpful information to make our holidays in Noosa heads so easy and enjoyable. the unit itself is comfy and spacious, there is also washing machine in our unit, very convenient. Only thing we would like to have is if there were more coffee /tea bags in the kitchen would be great, as we ran out of it very soon. Also maybe because the wind , there were some dust balls moving around on floor. Beside that, we love our stay and would stay again if come back to the area.
