Room was clean but cold. Temo on air con set to 21 degrees but felt very cold. Could not be changed. There was a dyson fan in the room too but no remote control.
Bar food was very slow. We waited at least 45 mins for our food. Steak was practically cold and poor quality too.
Breakfast was low quality. Fully self service with no choice of coffees.
Dissapointing for a 4star hotel.
