Having no AC was a big issue it was 80* in our room and made it very hard to sleep! We did request fans and had three in the room and were still all sweating. The shower was hot or cold nothing in between and the shower head was leaking.
Staff were wonderful- helpful and kind! Dinner was ok at the Italian place but not quite sure it was worth the cost but that’s not surprising for a hotel restaurant.
Have stayed in the Clayton Liffey valley a lot and this time the noise was really bad at night the room had no aircon so we were melted and there wasn’t a fridge like when we have had on other occasions my son is diabetic and needed this for his insulin.
The bathroom was quite dirty also

Lovely stay
Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Friendly staff, with a lovely leisure centre.Fantastic breakfast with loads to choose from. Would stay again.
No air conditioning & our room was stifling in the heat, couldnt sleep with windows open as we were right on/beside M50. Not the hotel's fault it was such a busy weekend of GAA but no space to sit or have a drink in bar or in lounge or reception- too warm & too crowded - pity, great location for zoo etc
We had previously stay in this hotel last year with our kids. The room we had was amazing and fantastic for the kids plenty of room. This is why we decided to return. However this time around it was 3 beds in one small room no air conditioning only one small fan. We where there for 2 nights. The paint work in the rooms was awful the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty..I left the refresh card on the outside of the door while we were out. For fresh towels and water etc this wasn't done. On the morning we were leaving the cleaners entered our room at 9am. In the pool there was swimming lessons happening. The pool was busy with guest and kids trying to enjoy their stay, and one parent was shouting at guests using the pool to stay out of the area her child was having a lesson...I found this shocking as it was at the area where the steps were to enter the pool.. unfortunately don't think we will be back.

Ok stay
Staff where friendly, place was getting renovated as head drills going. Wasn't to fussed on the ground floor room as heard everything. People constantly walking past the room and the window situation wasn't great opening it through the night you couldn't do as it has access for someone to open the door beside it into your room, not really thought through. The fridge had mould inside and when opened it left a smell in the room so we didn't use after that and with the heat it would have been great. The leisure center was great, water was warm. Pay €10 a night for parking. There are places to eat all around and a shopping center walking distance. Ps pillows so hard.
The television didn’t work there was no tea and coffee in my room. There was a baby crying two doors down.

Well what can i say, but i will be checking the weather forecast for now on before booking a hotel. Most hotels i book have air-conditioning and rightly so in this day and age. But we didn't realise that there was no air-conditioning in this hotel until we arrived. Nothing in there website to say otherwise. Last weekend in Ireland was 28 degrees and having a 3 year old plus a 3 month year old is hard enough struggle going away somewhere. But to land in a sweat box of a hotel with no air-conditioning in the lobby, restaurant, bar or bedrooms wasnt bad enough. They messed up our room then made out they were up grading us only to put us in the top floor were it was the hottest.we landed into the room and there was only one double bed even though we booked a big family room for 2 adults and 2 children. And only after complaining they sent up another bed but it was a pull out bed that you wouldn't even put your dog on never mind your child. We are easy going people and we make do. Thankfully we made the decision to go out and buy a strong fan for the room to try help with the heat, cause the one the hotel provided wouldn't blow your granny's knickers off. Over and out
