Overall the amenities were pretty good. Room was clean and comfortable. Even though a girls college lacrosse team and a boys team were staying everything was quiet and did not feel crowded.

There was a hole in the wall that looked like someone tried to patch it. The toilet didn’t flush well with a plunger next to the toilet just in case. The tub floor was stained, the toilet bowl was stained. The sink did not drain well. The bed spread had what looked like paint splattered and the corner of the spread was torn. The experience was very disappointing.

Our family felt safe at this hotel. It was surprisingly quiet for how full the parking lot was. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. It wasn't perfect or fancy (peeling caulk in the bathroom, cracks in the paint on the wall, touch up paint on the walls that didn't quite match the color/sheen of the rest of the wall, a hook was broken on the curtain). The breakfast was standard with a couple hot options and yogurt, fruit, cereal, baked goods, etc. Overall it was a nice place to get some sleep on our long drive.

Staff was the best part of the stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The Lodge was under renovation so we stayed in a cabin. Loved that there was a kitchenette. Although dated, the cabins were clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were also comfortable with plenty of pillows.

The pool and hot tub were not functional. As competitors in an Irish Road Bowling tournament in Historic Rugby, we were looking to have access to the hot tub on Saturday evening to help with our recovery to compete the next day.
