Brush Arbor Appalachian Pioneer Homestead and the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum are up there with the most popular points of interest to see when visiting Mount Vernon.

Berea can be found 75 kilometres away from Burnside and has a population of 14,000. When you're there, you'd be mad if you didn't have a gander at the Berea College, Berea Cemetery and the Log House Craft Gallery.
