There was a unlocked door in our room directly Into another hotel room. It got opened many times and we had no privacy in our room. We couldn’t really sleep knowing someone random just could come in while we were sleeping. Very bad experience.

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff, nice rooms and facilities. However, we don't fancy the toilet doors being tainted glass and not able to close completely. Also a bit worn-down. But still a nice hotel and a good stay (1 night, 5 people in family/twin room)

Staff friendly and courteous.Breakfast was very good with wide selection of choices. Pool very busy & extremely noisy. Changing area too small and cramped for the number of people using the facilities. Disappointed that our request to have our room cleaned every day was ignored 3 days out of five. Was staying in room 617 which was very noisy from early morning with the cleaners allowing the door to their storeroom beside our room bang continuously as they went in and out.

Lækre værelser - pænt og rent (Eneste kunne være lidt hyppigere støvsugning af elevatorerne) Så kunne det være rigtig rart, at have mulighed for at booke eller i det mindste gjort opmærksom på om det er muligt at spise aftensmad på Tivoli brasserie - ligesom man booker morgenmad med opholdet, så man som det første ved ankomst ikke står der uden aftensmad mulighed (udover roomservice og MASH) Derudover kunne bordfodbold og airhockey spillene efterhånden godt trænge til udskiftning. Men alt i alt et rigtig godt ophold og ungerne hyggede sig.
