This is a nice hotel with good facilities: pool, gym, conference centre - all that is great. Front staff also nice and helpful . The one thing that is really POOR, and something I am always not looking forward is the breakfast. What a let down! I travel a lot and stay in various hotels in both UK and Europe - I have to say this is one of the worst breakfast you can get, just a tiny bit better that Travelodge (and there is come for free and not £19) - poor choice, options are boring, predictable, not at all health conscious, poor presentation and very mediocre quality.

Lovely hotel. Booked mainly for the pool and it was freezing, so never used it, they really could do with investing in a pool heating system for it, especially this time of year as it’s surrounded by glass.

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza on numerous occasions after the first time when we attended a near by wedding, we have tried alternative hotels but nothing comes close. We use all the facilities and everything is perfect the rooms are spacious modern and are always clean and we will return as soon as possible.

The whole experience was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like were the signs everywhere telling me what to score. It said if I gave 8 out of 10 this would not help the staff. Until I saw the signs telling me what to score I was very happy.

A vast improvement upon our stay last year. Lovely spotlessly clean rooms with all the things we value like minibar space for our own seasonal snacks & cheeses plus great pillow selection, excellent heating, great lighting, good magnifying mirrors in the bathroom and deep soaking tub. Plus a great pool & sauna, attentive friendly staff...and easy to use Wifi.
