I met the most wonderful, helpful staff at check in. If they had maps of the hotel, it would have been a little easier. Try the spaghetti at the restaurant.

Really nice hotel and staff very friendly

This hotel exceeded ALL my expectations. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The staff was terrific, the breakfast - included in the reasonable room price - was tasty, and the location was perfect. Easy . . .' .access to p. N. Mmm ublic transport also o. C . . N. Nn

This hotel was nice. You got a basic room but it was clean and did the job. The only thing I didn’t like was that their was no one at the front desk after 4:30. But, other than that the hotel was convenient. With a little shopping center and food places across the street and a nice little Indian restaurant right next door! If we ever go back to that area we would absolutely stay there again.

I had an excellent stay at Rugs Hotel Augsburg. Due to a convention going on in Munich, and drastically upcharged hotel rooms, I decided to stay in Augsburg and commute to Munich by train on the days I wanted. The train was only 30 minutes from Augsburg to Munich. The Rugs Hotel is located right next to Augsburg HBF so it was easy to hop on and off of the train and walk to the hotel. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints.
