Amazing place to stay - and local restaurants are great too

It pains me to give this hotel a poor-to-average review because we liked Paolo, our host, very much. He was very helpful and provided excellent communication. However, we were awakened each morning we were there (3 days) before 7:30 am by a barking dog that was so close by that it seemed to be in the room with us. The beds were also too hard for us. If you're an early riser (or if the dog goes away) and you like firm mattresses, this is a fine hotel with a very nice swimming pool and a gracious host.

Lovely stay after being in the zoo of Taormina. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent bed with wonderful A/C - slept so well. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and granola. Coffee made to order. Vince winery proximity to village and beach. Bring your beach shoes very stony but private and natural!!!

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt taken care of from start to finish. Hotel Signum is a rare gem that leaves you wanting to return time and again. An amazing stay at this wonderful B & B. Manuella was a great host explaining the best places to visit on Salina. The breakfasts were very good and made from local produce, with Manuella giving a detailed explanation of the produce. Room was very clean and a brilliant view from the patio where we had breakfast. We would thoroughly reccommend this property.

Wonderful views, comfortable rooms, large bathroom; excellent service. Great restaurant: A fantastic holiday spot.
