View of the lake is amazing. Location of the hotel is a bit out of town so not a lot you can walk to easily. Right next to the jazz but currently under construction.

We had a high room with balcony view over the lake, view are partially obstructed and lower runs will likely have no views. The hotel is literally connected to the train platform, which makes access so easy, but Google Maps doesn't know that, which meant getting there was much harder than it needed to be, going down and up hill. The room was a good size for a European hotel, with comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and we were given a local city pass that saved on transport and activities. The area is hilly, and the hotel is quite high above the lake front, so some walking or public transport is necessary, but we were happy with the location.

The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations.

You just can’t beat the location of this hotel. Montreux is breathtaking and having the ability to walk out of my room, take an elevator down, walk out the doors and immediately be met with Lake Geneva is absolutely magic. The staff here were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful! Any time I walked by the desk leaving or coming back, I was greeted with a “bonjour” and a smile. I had the panoramic room with my balcony facing the lake and was able to get views of both the city as well as the alps. Every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in a green screen. Just stunning! Housekeeping always came nice and early so everything was turned down by the time I got back after my daily explorations and the room was spotless. The rooftop hot tub and the sauna were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Excellent room was offered an upgrade, staff was courteous and very accommodating!

Our check-in was fast & the view from our room was great! Cristina assisted us & even took the time to help us with contacting our taxi driver when we lost our passports. Fortunately, the driver came back to the hotel & returned it to us. Thanks again to Cristina, she really showed concern and did everything possible to help!
