The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was big for a European hotel. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. We took a day trip to Vevey and highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You are walking distance to train statiin and bus stop. Our only issue was we couldnt get our wifi connected for 3 days. The hotel was having issues with their wifi. Other than that, highly recommend.

The hotel is located by a stunning lake surrounded by mountains, creating a truly picturesque setting. The manager and front desk team were very friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even better.

Hotel is in a great location in Montreax right on the lake. The staff were amazing. Romaine who checked us in was simply superb and all hotel staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was high quality with plenty of choice available. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The service was better in the old adminitration, today tries to be current but they manage to get it impersonal, i rent a junior suite and it was very small. So so breakfast
