Always nice here. Menu is a bit limittedbut nice. And comfortable and clean. Nice beds

The hotel is excellently located and easy to find with plenty of signposts whichever direction you’re arriving from. It was easy to find a parking space. Staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. The lobby area has a reasonably priced 24 hour bar with a decent selection. The food offering seemed quite limited to me, I’m sure if you are arriving after a long flight you’d be happy with the menu but I think if you’re staying here before going on holiday you might like to get food on the way or, as we did, pop into Bishop’s Stortford. Room was very comfortable with an excellent shower and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was good, the hot food was replaced regularly and there was a plentiful selection of other typical continental breakfast items.

Only stayed 5 hours!

Staff were amazing and the setting unbelievable but the rooms are in real need of updating to a modern standard eg no bedside plugs or usb ports for charging devices and the bathroom I stayed in had mould and warped bits of wooden decor

Great room, great staff and great location for Stansted flights. A++
