£7 for a portion of cold chips ?

Check-in was a let down receptionist @ check-in was very bland and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Interacted with another receptionist on my second night and he was very pleasant so I guess the 1st one isn’t a reflection of the hotel. Rooms clean but dated. Dinner items are overpriced and who charges £7 for just cold chips when you order a steak ????!

Real poor confort, stay not enjoyable

The air conditioner was very noisy, I had to switch off it to be able to sleep. The television was perpendicular to the bed, it was not confortable to watch the TV. I has few evening team meetings planned but the wifi was bad quality and cut on/off frequently. I have to cancel all my meetings because of bad wifi.

Some Redeeming Qualities

The location and the lady at breakfast are the redeeming qualities of this hotel. Rest of the staff are abrupt or rude. Food is a very poor standard, with the exception of breakfast. Cleaning staff knock to clean at 7am on day of check out every time I stay here.

Convenient for the airport

We needed a hotel at Stansted for an early flight and the Radisson did the job. The bedroom looked a little tired, although it was quiet and comfortable enough, although with a 3am start we didn't get to enjoy a full night's sleep. I think the hotel is overpriced, so we were pleased to be able to use our hotels.com rewards. The restaurant is certainly overpriced and the food nothing special. Check-in was easy enough and staff friendly. If we had to take an early flight at Stansted again, we would use it.

Very dismayed !

I believed there were 3 restaurants but only the bar meals were available ! Not a great menu very basic but I requested Sea bream which was not on my menu and chips with a glass of wine (large) The bill was £47.00 inclusive £7.20 tax +£4.30 service charge for bar food a drinks I thought quite exceptional ! 12.50 for a large glass of wine. And to add insult to injury I got up in the morning and went into shower only to find no shampoo or body wash in bathroom but wasn't I the lucky one There was a little conditioner left ! Whoopie do ! For all told £220 quid seemed far too much for hostel treatment ! Rooms and bar staff where nice and friendly . Jp
