Another hotel guest let their dog pee on the wall while waiting for the elevator in the lobby!!! The man did not react or even take the dog outside. It was shocking and absolutely gross. the room was quiet and clean but run down and tired. for one night it didn't matter that much.

Front desk was friendly and checkin was quick and easy. The room was clean, but the(entry)light did not work and the tv would not shut off. Breakfast was short on options and when we asked about the coffee(10 mins before it ended) the response was snappy ‘Ends at 9:30’ There was not a door to enter from the back parking lot, so we had to walk around the building to get in.

The whole floor smelled like smoke despite being non smoking. The elevator smelled like pot. The bathroom was dirty. The hair dryer was attached to the outlet in such a way that made it difficult to use. The carpet had a hole in it. And the paint on the ceiling was peeling.

My choice when im in the N.Y.C. area.

I have stayed here for the past 3 years, for a week at a time. I travel with a rescued cat and they welcomed me without any hassle. I stay here on business i have yearly in Manhattan and i have no problem like i do at the finer hotels traveling with a feline. Best of all , they offer no room service, which is my favorite amenitie , only due to my cat charging up that room service bill on snacks. Lol pleasant people run this hotel.
