Fire alarm system went off at midnight and continued to go off randomly for about an hour and half. I am understanding that these things can happen but no explanation was given and no offering to compensate for the disruption. Will be staying away from Hilton properties in the future. I don't expect perfection but the right thing to do was to make a good will gesture to the guests for the incovenience.

Staff on duty was not present at the front desk to let people know what was going on or direct people where to go or when it was ok to go back to our rooms when the emergency alarm went off. The alarm kept occurring repeatedly during sleeping hours and we could not get any rest due to the disturbance that we later found out was just a false emergency alarm.
