It's situated 100 kilometres east of Canberra, the capital city of Australia.

Don't forget to bring a hamper of food and refreshing drinks so you can treat yourself to a relaxed bite on the shore at Wollongong City Beach or North Wollongong Beach.

You don't need to be on the road all day to see a bit of nature. Just 45 kilometres out of St George, Booderee National Park is a fabulous place to sit back and unwind. More scenic surrounds await at Warden Head Reserve, 45 kilometres away.

The Shoalhaven Zoo and the Fleet Air Arm Museum are close to the middle of Burrier, 30 kilometres to the northeast of St George. Why not go there and take a look?

Spend some time wandering around Belmore Park, the Goulburn Golf Club and the Rocky Hill War Memorial and Museum. These sights are all quite close to the middle of Goulburn, 55 kilometres away.
