Loud slamming doors is all we heard all night long. Very thin walls and over aggressive door closers on the room doors creates a very noisy environment. Couldn’t sleep. Everything else was average and what you would expect. Wouldn’t return again due to the noise.

The stay was really good! We were on the third floor and it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Stayed multiple days and they took care of the towels and all but would have liked to see the beds made.

My husband and I stayed here three nights while visiting the Springfield & Branson area. This hotel is super clean and the room was comfy & cozy. There is a restaurant next door that you can walk to right from the hotel as well as some places to shop that are walkable. The Bass Pro and Aquarium are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and the food is really good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Bad stay

I pre booked my king room two and a half weeks before my arrival. When i arrived, i was told my room was not ready because of 2 reasons, it was not clean and the people that stayed wanted it for another night. I tried explaining to the front that it was not my problem, that was my room, to move the people. They wanted to put me on the third floor. I said i paid for the first floor because i was there for a bowling tournament and had 9 bowling balls i was bringing in, and didnt want to use the stairs. The front end gentleman smuggly saud we have an elevator. I said i paid for a first floorvthats what i expect, and then they put me in a double queen. Never offered me a different rate or anything but a coupon for a half of appetizer for their restaurant, which i never used. If this is the kind of service i get, this will be the last time i stay at your hotel.
