I reserved a king bed room. When I arrived I was given a room with two queen beds, but was not advised of this. I went to the room and discovered it was not a king room. I went back to front desk. Erin advised there were no king rooms available. I asked what happen to my reserved king room. She advised that management had changed my room because king rooms were oversold. Bad management and customer service as I was not advised by Erin when I checked in. I feel I should have been advised before I arrived that this hotel could not keep the reservation of a king room. Would not stay here again. No apology by Erin. Just an unacceptable excuse.
Very friendly staff, room was very clean, bed quite comfortable, overall great experience. Close to mall shopping and various restaurants. I'd definitely stay there again.
We were in town with our bowling family for a tournament. This hotel has been out go to the last few years. It has a great patio for us to hang out in. Rooms are nice, beds are comfy
Their coffee thats always available is like pretty damn good. Also the soaps shampoo and conditioner is the bathroom is actually pretty nice quality, not like how hotels at this price point used to be that is for sure
