We stayed here with our pet and booked a king room with Hotel.com. When we arrived, we were switched to a double as they were the only pet-friendly rooms. These were the hardest beds we have ever attempted to sleep on. We were scheduled to stay two nights and enjoy Springfield, however, we left after one. I went to the front desk and explained we were leaving due to the hard beds. The clerk told me she would give a $20 discount and remove the second night for the inconvenience. She never did it.

Our room was very clean and comfortable but we were put in the very back of the property the last building where we don’t feel safe !! I don’t understand why when you book through an alternate site such as Travelocity that they normally already have your room pre- assigned and it’s rarely up front !! But other than that it was a good stay

Husband snores like a freight train

I secured a family suite due to my husband sores extremely loudly. The family suite has a second room with a door, so it kept the nose down enough for the rest of us to get some sleep. The place was clean, and service was great. My only complaints where the bed was not that comfortable, woke up with back pain. Also, the breakfast area was very small for the number of rooms that they have, and breakfast selection was not great.

Bed very comfortable. Had bad refrigerator did get replaced but had lost left over food. Had other resident park in front of our room which I understand happens but stayed parked there for 3 days. We had a suite thinking that would also give us more parking choices.
