Bugs

Arrived a day early hoed to check in. They were able to get me in but upon opening room door and light turned on we seen 3 cockroaches run and scurry onder bed. Then i decide well seen that i better check bed. No need as when light came on a bed bug dropped from corner bed of matress where we visibly seen it miving on floor. The hallway by front desk smelt of cat urine badly. I asked for refund and to cancel rest if stay.

Whole property smelt of a mix of dog piss cigarettes Indian food and cleaning solution. Was supposed to have a 2 queen bedroom both beds were full size at max. When I first checked in my tv remote did not work after trying two different remotes I finally had to look it up on google of how to trouble shoot it after the first night the bathroom light completely stopped working and there was “no handyman to fix it” during the 4 nights I was there so had to use my phone light to light up the bathroom when showering and using the bathroom. Overall stay was a 2/10 hands down the worst motel experience I’ve ever had. Oh and all the staff barely spoke any English like the bare minimum they understood what I was saying. If I ever visit Spokane again I’ll spend a bit extra money and stay somewhere else. Oh and internet connection was horrible as well as the cable tv.

The place smelled like marijuana throughout. There was a dog barking a few doors down from our room. When we asked for a refund, the staff refused it. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Good & bad.

Check in took a few minutes. Room card didn’t work so I hard to weave my way through hotel to get it re-coded. No screen on window. Spider in shower. Neighbors dog whining at 3am. Bed was comfy. sheets were clean & soft.

I have stayed here several times over the course of the last year and it has really gotten better in all aspects. Riz and Rosa are amazing and really helpful. the cleanliness of the room was great. both were nice and very professional. Now if the showers would stay the same temp through the whole shower and the occupants wouldn't pace and yell various times throughout the night it would have been a 5 star stay. but because of those things I had to give it a 4.

Worst place ever..

This place is a dump. Took forever to get into the room because the doors barely worked once in we checked out room..the bathroom Did not have a door handle place was disgusting. Then to top it all off at 1:30 in the morning the person above us sounded like they were rearranging the room stomping really loud scooting furniture loudly across the floor. This went on until 6:00 a.m. we called the front desk to ask them to politely call up there and tell the people to be quiet. The front desk person said he could not do that. Then after being up all night when we went to check out we asked for discount since we got no sleep and the same guy said he could not discount. Place was a joke.

This is an old motel. Updates are badly needed. Shower is small. It took a long time for the water to get hot. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. It drained so slowly toothpaste didn't completely go away. Cigarette burns on the bedding in a no smoking room. I was on the 1st floor a the window lock was very shotty.
