Wonderful!

Stipan is situated a few minutes' walk from a main taxi rank. It has all you need for a self-catering stay, fruit, veg and fresh meat are absolutely top quality! Local bars and cafes offer good value if you prefer. We use Split as a hub; you can take day excursions to the islands and visiting the Roman remains at Salona is a fantastic experience. Communication with property is simple with quick response times.

Nice, friendly place to stay

An easy stroll into main area of Split. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants close by. We were catching a ferry and, although on the opposite side of Split, even this is an easy walk of around 20mins

Nice apartment in a quiet residential area

Comfortable room which is hardly 5 minutes walk from all major attractions and 12 mins walk from the main bus station. Good value. Will certainly recommend for a short city stay. Good communication with the host prior to check in

Quiet base right in the heart of town

Great location for city centre, easy to find. Spotlessly clean, nice little offstreet patio. Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Go to banccomat on your way for payment in locat currency

A lot of attention to detail in this apartment. I believe we were in suite No. 1. We had a washing machine! (did not use), fully functioning kitchen if we felt like cooking, with coffee and tea provided. Adapters were offered for charging, place had small table for eating, large wardrobe and of course the fridge. Lots of towels, beautiful art, even an English book to read if we were in the mood. Excellent location, literally 10 minutes easy walk to castle and old city. She kept our luggage after check-out for the day and was very helpful and friendly suggesting places for swimming.

One night in Split

We needed somewhere to stay for one night in Split and this was perfect. It was in a great location and is a very good room for the price. I would recommend to anybody.

Lovely studio apartment with a great location

This was a great value for money apartment. Having gone through the garden gate, we were greeted by the owner who immediately showed us to our room. The room was very clean, modern and had all the necessary facilities including free wi-fi, a kettle (with tea/coffee) and a fridge. It was located very close to the old town and everything is within walking distance. There was a space to relax outside the apartment as well. It was perfect for our two nights in Split. Highly recommended!

Cosy little room in excellent location

So close to the city centre! In a nice area too. The room was very clean and had everything you'd need. Great little budget apartments, I'd recommend.

great hospitality

The apartment was centrally locate - quiet in the evening and night but close to the action. The room was very clean and the hotel owner was very accommodating, checking in to see if I was ok during my visit. She gave me great directions and suggestions on what to do and see. I would highly recommend this place to friends and fellow travellers

Very convenient place close to the Riva and Diocletian's palace and everything. Maria was so nice and the room I got was nice and clean. WiFi worked. Small kitchen but it was all I needed. She had basic kitchen stuff available as well as salt, pepper cooking oil and things. It was perfect for me and my needs.

Good apartment. Nice Host

A good, clean apartment with a friendly owner. The location is opposite the bus and ferry stations, but it is still convenient for getting around Old Town Split.
