Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff in all areas of the resort. Bus stop at front door.

The hotel is very chic and staff was phenomenal. The continental breakfast was subpar, so your would want to pay for breakfast. Not really a relaxing hotel- especially if you are closer to the pool.

Positives and negatives: + Rooms actually are nicer than they look in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised + Restaurant is really good quality, both staff and food were great + Aircon worked very well and room didn't seem to humid + Love these guys because they are kind to animals. - No late checkout. It's advertised at a $50 cost, but when we told "Donni" that we wanted to check out at 1pm she said that we had to leave at 10am because someone else was going to stay in the room. The place was not fully booked, and so if check in is at 3pm is 2 hours not enough to clear a room? - Tuesdays is Renovation day. If you are staying on a Tuesday, bring your earplugs. They were working on the rooms or the roof and it was all day with power tools. We knew about the partying until 10 and 11pm, but we were not counting on losing the nap.
