Book South San Francisco Station hotels

Did not use the gym. Toilet seat was loose and it took about 15 minutes for the tank to refill after use. Ordered a somewhat expensive rib eye steak at the bar. It was a thin cut steak, grisly, no bread, on a plate barely big enough to put the steak on. Otherwise the stay was ok

This smell all over is disgusting Bed welcome after coming from Singapore and Hongkong. Like a third world

It’s not much on the eyes- the photos make it look really nice. Sound insulation between rooms is poor. I could hear the guy in the next room clearing his throat and the sound of people rolling their luggage outside the door woke me at 3 am.

Had a late booking due to flight delayed. We booked and paid for a 2 Queens bed. At time of checking in around 9 PM, front desk just said 'we have a room with one queen bed, the room you booked is oversold, if you don't want the one bed, you can cancel' with the worst attitude for a customer service person. We had no choice but to accept the one queen. The layout of the room is cute, but some sanitary issue like there was a ring of stain inside the to toilet bowl, like it has not been clean. The room booked for 2 adults, the room has one set of towel, so one of us had to use the small one. Bath products were just okay. The room had a stuffy odor at entrance, although it was cold outside, we left the patio door opened for about 30 minutes to air out the room. I can't say that I will stay here again due to all of the opportunities we had encountered with this property.
