Bus transportation is accessible within a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel; train access takes a bit longer as the Langley train station is a little iver a mile away. Food options in the hotel were very good. Breakfast provided lots of options and service was great. There’s one restaurant across the street that we didn't try out.

Hotel was all ok except the air conditioning was not working and the rooms essentially have no windows. Staff was aware of the issue but didn’t inform us at checkin. Waited until everyone complained. They comp’d is two children breakfast which really isn’t mich considering the cost of the room at what should be a very good hotel. Our room was ok, but the bathroom fixtures had rust on them. Mariotts are generally better.

Nice reception area and restaurant. The breakfast was good. Let down by dated rooms and scruffy corridors. Also the prices within the reception shop are extortionate £3.99 for a 500ml bottle of water an £3+ for a bar of chocolate.

Nice place

very nice place. Very friendly only problem was the shower configuration is quite dangerous. It’s a step up over a tall bathtub and the half glass shower door shirt swings out gets the floor wet, which proves dangerous.

We had a brief stay here and were pleased about the property. The staff were all helpful and friendly. If you are looking for Outlet Shopping, this is the hotel to choose. There are 100s of stores within the Complex. As it is attached to the Football Stadium the views onto the field were very unique.
