Comfortable hotel, with plenty of seats in the lounge area. Good quality live music in evenings and good quality drinks too. The food was great but could have been hotter. But I understand it is difficult to keep food hot in the buffet servers. My only criticism was that there were a lot of Russian customers who were inconsiderate of other guests. Quite a lot of them played music or videos on their phones, without earphones and loud enough to disturb other guests. The hotel stafff completely ignored this behavior. Ive been in other places in Turkey where the staff have a polite word with such guests to tell them they cant use phones on loud speaker!

Odalar otelin genel durumuna göre iyi, konforlu. Minibar anlayışı su, maden suyu ve meyve suyu. Otoparkı yok, yer bulmak sorun oluyor. Klima saat başı kendiliğinden kapanıyor. Sizin müdahale etme şansınız yok. Defalarca teknik servis istedik fakat nafile. 4 gece boyunca klimayı tekrar çalıştırmak için sürekli uyandık. Keza yatak başındaki led ışık. Tüm elektrik düğmelerini kapatmamıza rağmen o sürekli yanıp sönmeye devam ediyor. Gece odanın içinde sürekli yanıp sönen ışıkta uyumaya çalıştığınızı hayal edin. Yeşil alan, aktivite beklentiniz olmasın. Havuz yetersiz. Çocuklarla dolu. Denize gitmeniz gerekir. Denize gitmeden havlularınızı yanınıza almayı unutmayın. -2'deki SPA haricinde başka yerde yok. Havlularınız ıslanırsa yenileriyle değiştiremezsiniz. Deniz bulanık fakat bunun otelle ilgisi yok. Side'de denizin durumu bu. Denize servis yapan shuttle sürekli gidiş dönüş yapıyor ve sürücüleri de oldukça saygılı. Restorana gelecek olursak çeşit yeterli fakat lezzetli sayılmaz. Restoran çalışanları ilgili. Fırındaki orta yaşlı personel hariç. İlkinde pide yapılıyordu. Önümdeki tabakta da sadece pidenin iki ucu soğuk bir halde duruyordu. Yeni pideler çıktıkça yan tarafa atıyor fakat kesmiyor, oyalanıyor. Onların da soğuduğundan emin olunca buyurun diye sordu. Kesip attı önüme. Başka bir gün pizza yaparken bir tanesi sade olabilir mi diye sordum. Hayır onu resepsiyona yazdırırsınız biz de yaparız dedi. Ben ekstra bir şey istemedim ama uğraşmadım. Bozuk ruh halini bize yansıtıyor

Otelde çalışanlara ektra kocaman kalp koyuyorum. Garsonundan,housekeeperına,aşçısından valesine,animatörlerine herkes ama herkes cok kibar, samimi ve sıcaktı. Evimizde hissettik gerçekten. Yemekler Çok çesit vardı ama lezzet daha iyi olabilirdi. Temizlik ve hijyen açısından gayet başarılı. İnternetleri mükemmeldi. Uzun zamandır sorunsuz interneti ilkkez bu otelde yaşadık diyebilirim. Ancak çalışanlara buradan ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz cok memnun kaldık.🌸
