The room was great, and the view of the mountain was worth every penny. We had a poor experience with their free shuttle as we waited 45 minutes at the station prior to pick up, but the shuttle never came. We thought it was delayed which would have been fine, but after 30 minutes we called to check. We were initially blamed to have missed it, but we had photos of being at the the hotel shuttle stop way before the scheduled departure time. After requesting for some sort of compensation (as this wasted our time), we were given an hour late check out.
