Book Shirley hotels

So cozy and well-maintained! Great breakfast spread, and I love how it was so close to lots of other restaurants and shops, but yet just a little off the beaten path. Staff was very present and helpful. Loved that there’s an onsite bar/grill as well. I do wish the mattress was a bit softer, but the sheets, pillows, and towels were very soft. Out of all the hotels I looked at in the area for my trip, I am super grateful I found this place because it’s not only a great deal, but it’s actually clean and safe. Truly, a hidden gem!

Clean room and excellent staff. Only reason not all 5 stars is because towel rack in bathroom was broken and body wash container in shower was empty. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location!

Sorely needing total refurbishment. Pool and bar closed indefinitely. Dirty rooms. Very disappointing.

Checkin was super easy, cookies great of course! Luggage trolleys handy. Hallways and room were clean. The bath mat and towels could do with replacing. Like the fridge in the room - sooo handy. Extra pillows given on request. Plenty of soap. I wish hotel hairdryers had a nozzle on the - they should have the fixed on if they are getting lost. The breakfast was a good spread.

The hotel needs work done, needs new pillows and better blankets on the beds. Everything is very outdated. There was. Incident while i was there didnt feel safe and left before i was scheduled to, had to look for another place last minute. Staff wasnt very responsive when i voiced concerned was just told talk to someone in the morning
