Hyatt Place is my first choice of places to stay when I’m away from home. On Sunday May 4th around 2AM in the morning my 20 year old son went down to the lobby to sit and was told by the staff on duty, that he was not allowed to be in the lobby. We reached out to the manager ant 8AM, and she stated she would address the issue. We told her that we would follow up with her outcome on the discipline action plan. We’ve called and left messages several times for the manager to no avail. We are of African descent. Thank you for your time.
We stayed while moving our daughter out of her dorm room at ISU. So conveniently located. GREAT breakfast, clean rooms, super friendly staff. Will stay here again.
No bottled water available, when I asked the front office staff, they didn't show any interest on providing any assistance about getting a basic and simple need, one bottled water.

Nice hotel, great location.
Front desk staff was not always there.
Would have been nice to have room service food.
Bed comfy and linens were soft. Pillows nice. Sofa needed an update but I didn’t use it or need it. Room clean and staff very professional and customer service oriented.
I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and it’s always a lovely stay. The room and staff did not disappoint however the breakfast buffet was underwhelming this time unfortunately with potatoes and French toast sticks being the only option with no protein being provided. I’ll still stay here again and hope this was a one off experience.
Nice hotel, staff friendly. No carts to take up luggage. Parking is not connected to hotel, across the street, half block down. Hard to deal with luggage
