A delightfully modernised period, former fisherman's, semi-detached cottage ideally situated in a quiet location, just off Cliff Road and yet within easy walking distance of Sheringham's shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is also only a few minutes' walk away.Ground floor: Front door opening into Lounge: with comfortable seating and TV leading into Dining room and Kitchen: with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, dining table, door leading to small courtyard with table and two chairs. Door to: Family bathroom: bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
First floor: Traditional steep stairs leading to: 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bedroom with feature fireplace.
Please note: Outside: small courtyard with rattan sofa . Amenities: Driveway parking suitable for small car. Wi-Fi. Stairgate available. 2 x Well behaved dogs welcome at £20.00 per pet, per week.
