One of the Better places to stay

One of the best in Service. Good Breakfast. Forgot my glasses and the staff member expeditiously delivered the same to me at the Airport. Outstanding service at the counter. Timely Shuttle drop off to the airort

This property has THE hardest beds I've ever touched in my life. The staff is unenthusiastic about customer service. It was a smelly 80F degrees in the lobby. The room was clean, very bare - and that was okay for the price. But the bed literally felt like plywood with sheets on it.

Only real issue was lack of internet access. Although connected to their WiFi the internet connection was v hit and miss. Essentially useless. Otherwise fine. What you might expect for the price paid.

Simple hotel convenient for early morning flights.

They have 24 hour Shuttle Bus to and from Airport. The rooms are average, but clean.

The showers had wonderful pressure and they were clean. This is a 3 star hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were a little hard for me, but that is China for you so no point in complaining there. Front desk had people who spoke English and so did the restaurant and bar. That is exciting for me. If I ever come back to Shenzhen I would definately stay here. My stay was inexpensive and it included breakfast. They also have a free shuttle to the airport.

Poor choice for Shenzhen

The hotel staff themselves were all very nice. The hotel itself was disappointing. Our rooms were available when we arrived (a plus), but everything is run down and just feels like you are staying in an ashtray. The bed was essentially an elevated concrete block and the shower head in the bathtub was about 3' above the tub. Would never stay there again.

False advertisment, bad resevation problem

Location are far away from airport, when call foe hotel pickup, they insist I dont have researvation, no pickup. I had to tell them that I will pay again then send pickup. Checkin took 20min due to not able to find researvation. I had to promise them that I will pay when check out This is a expedia false with not giving researvation to hotel, cause me with problem after problems. Room are dirty and outdated, hallway are dark, almost need flash light just to wall the hallway. False addvertisement on room newly renovated !!, Bathroom dirty, and not clean at all, I have pictures to proof it. Carpet fell sticky, it not shampoo for long time. When we finally check in its already 11:15pm, My flight is 8:50am, need ti be at airport at 6am, ask if I can have my free breakfast at 6am, they flat out say no ! We did not even get anything to eat !! This is worse trip ever !

Smoky room close to airport

Hotel is NOT opposite the airport

The hotel is NOT opposite the airport, it is opposite the OLD airport, therefore it is a 15 minute drive. The hotel is old, dimly lit, and not very appealing. The staff speaks little English, the breakfast is laid out like a cafeteria with no service staff.
