Excellent location to shopping and many good eateries. All within walking distance. Housekeeping did wonderful job daily. Check in was seamless when we arrived at past midnight. All staffs were helpful and friendly.. shout out to Ms Rita for assisting me on getting around as it’s my first visit to GZ and won’t be last. Will definitely come back to Sheraton again when visit GZ.

Wonderful time staying at the club room. Spacious n clean. All staff at the hotel were very efficient helpful n courteous. On my first night the aircon in my room was not functioning well very warm. Next day approached the staff at the club floor to change to another room. Joey and LewenChen have been utmost helpful to arrange for a cooler room. Thank you to both of them. Another staff Wee from conceirge has been so helpful n informative. Tnks. Overall highly recommended Sheraton Guangzhou for business or leisure trip. From staff to room n location. Excellent.

We stopped by Guangzhou for 2 days on our way into Chongqing. Decided to stay at the Sheraton Guangzhou. I am in the hospitality industry and appreciate great service. The staff at the Sheraton was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. A couple of things that stood out to me was: First: I mispalced my wallet, and was out having dinner with friends. Called the hotel and gave them permissions to enter my room to check if it was there. The manager went out of their way to ensure they found it. So i could enjoy my time out without having to make the trek back. Second, We left the "Do not disturb" sign as we didnt need our room made up for only 2 day stay. They called to make sure we were okay, and asked if we needed anything. We travel a lot! Like i mean a lot! Never ever have i had a hotel front desk team do this. The customer service level and the care is beyond the next level. We highly recommended the Sheraton Guangzhou. Great job to the management team in training your staff.

Housekeeping was very responsive to our requests. I booked a room for 2 but 3 stayed and there was no extra charge. They even provided towels and slippers for the extra person. We requested for late checkout and was given up to 5pm. Location is excellent. Very central and convenient. Highly recommend!

My second time staying in Sheraton GZ Concierge n reception were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeper has maintained the room very clean. A lot of variety for breakfast and was very delicious. Overall good experience and excellent service.. location was convenient. Recommend more friends to stay in your hotel.
