We booked a junior suite and it was a lovely big room. It had a kettle, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine (new style pods). Lovely comfy bed, great shower, large bathroom.
Stayed 3 nights while attending the Tramlines festival. Parking easy, £8 a night which was good rate. Used the leisure club for a swim, great looking gym available which I did not use.
Overall a great stay.
Few minor niggles, housekeeping kept running out of coffee pods and had to keep asking reception, fridge was very cold, froze the few bits we had in their, tried to alter the temperature but did not work. Feedback passed on to reception.
Biggest issue and why only 3 stars is no air conditioning. We had windows that could be opened a fraction, and a fan which we had on full the whole time we were in the room, but that was not enough, the room was very hot overnight and made it difficult to sleep. It was approx. 20-22 degrees during the day and 16 degrees at night.
