The room was great, the swimming/spa and gym facility was great. The evening food provided at the integral tavern was adequate. I personally would use hotel again but eat elsewhere. I had breakfast at a great cafe at the back of the hotel - wharf side.

Rooms are modern, clean, & 4* standard. Downside that no water bottles in room, need to purchase from reception. Breakfast was average. Do not recommend swimming pool, sauna, & steam room. These areas are dirty, run down, needs some tlc. Looks like hotel is being refurbished.

The room was pristine, the staff were professional and friendly. The pool was quiet and the areas clean. The food was exceptional, well presented and fresh. Unfortunately i had a fall on our last night outside the theatre, the hotel staff provided ice, towels and couldn't have been more kind and caring for which i am so grateful. The whole stay was very good value.

I had called a couple of days before check-in to advise we would be an early arrival & was told if our room was ready that would be no problem however she said she couldn’t guarantee it which l understood. When we did arrive we were told the room was ready but there would be an extra charge. However the banging from the construction was so loud it was very hard to have a conversation. She had put us on floor 2. If she hadn’t moved us to the top floor at my request l would have left. A shame as l organised a group of us in multiple rooms & l was very disappointed

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was very good too. All the staff we met were polite and helpful. It was a comfortable stay and not far to walk to the super tram stop for the access to the Arena. Also, it is a short distance to walk to town and train station.

Nice spread, rather expensive though to be frank in terms of value. Nice space but the breakfast area was cold considering it was snowing outside they should have upped the temperature. A nice hotel nonetheless. Had a nice drink the bar area night before as well.
