The location is great to visit Shanghai with the metro accessible almost directly from the hotel, great units and friendly staff. To improve, I would like to see some more "healthy" options on the breakfast and room service. But overall an excellent option.

not very family friendly. only one king bed, no sofa bed or pull out bed. The pool is very nice, but it was very crowded the day we went. Parking was not included which was very odd, because most of the hotels gives you free parking. it's not a very easy access from the mall to the entrance of the hotel, very confusing.

The location is excellent. Metro line that is nearby is able to bring u to most of the attractions. The washing machine in the hotel is a plus for us as we are staying for a longer period of time. It’s a great hotel nothing to complaint

Great spot in the heart of the core. Connected to the mall and two critical train lines. The accommodation itself is very nice. Equipped with a kitchen with washer/dryer for laundry. A separate living room and dining room and office and bedroom with full bath and powder room. Very nice place.
