Book Shama Junction hotels

I booked a ocean front suite and was placed in the corner of the property near the bushes. I told the receptionist that I booked an ocean front and this room is not satisfactory. She told me there is nothing she can do. It was my first time in Ghana and I went to this hotel because of a friend's suggestion. I paid for ocean front but was not granted what I paid for. Needless to say, I wad an unhappy customer.

The room was much smaller than I expected, with no view, and the window opened into an internal corridor, making it feel enclosed and uncomfortable. I was not satisfied with the setup. The hotel itself is also quite secluded, which may not suit every traveler. Additionally, I had an unusual experience when I ordered a ride. A security officer asked to join me for a lift to the junction. While I’m not sure if this is standard practice, it felt unprofessional and a bit uncomfortable, as it’s not appropriate to put guests in that position.

The room was nice and clean exept carpets on the floor. The service in the restaurant was really bad. So slow but not interested at all in giving a s¨good service. A pancake for the kids was not possible to get, and no flexibility at all. Only one sachet of nescafe was available per breakfast. when you ordered a thing it took so long to get it, and you had to ask several time to be sure thay have not forgotten your order,

Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return.
