Cape Coast is 40 kilometres to the east of Shama. While here, be sure to snap a couple of pics at Cape Coast Castle. Cape Coast accommodations include the Marrets International Hotel and Hotel Loreto. Alternatively, there's Biriwa, 55 kilometres to the east of Shama. While in Biriwa, be sure to visit Fort Amsterdam. The Biriwa Beach Hotel and Birdrock Hotel are all good places to get some rest in Biriwa.
