The service from all staffs are very nice. The suites are large and comfortable with lots of closet space. It is conveniently located beside a subway, also free parking if you decide to drive. There's about 4 coffee shops in the same building, a large department store with ample food selection. A few downsides are I was not expecting was that you have to purchase tickets to enter the swimming pool. The price ranges from offseason, weekday to weekend. Also, since the suites were so large, if there was another bathroom that would of been perfect.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! This was our very first trip to Seoul, and I have to say, this hotel was nothing short of spectacular! The reception area of the property is very pretty, the staff were very helpful aswell. The apartment was big and spacious, there was ac in both bedroom and the living room. The housekeeping was appreciated. Some bits like the curtains and shower need a bit of upgrade. Walkable distance to metro. Overall great property.
