Although there is a sky bridge it was not super convenient in connecting to Seoul Station with large luggage. When we checked in we couldn’t understand the lady saying she needed passports for all of us (the other two hotels only needed the check in person) and she rolled her eyes at us. The only thing I did like was that they held our luggage until it was time for us to leave. I think Four Seasons would’ve been a better, more convenient option to get to Seoul Station with luggage.

Great value and the unexpected last minute upgrade was greatfully welcome. Location was perfect. In good proximity to Seoul station and Hoeyeon station. Couple of minutes walk to Namdaemun market and about 15 minutes brisk, easy walk to Myeondong and Namsan Tower. Using the subway was easily learnt which made the Hotel Manu a perfect base for the week. Wish we could have stayed longer. Check in took only minutes and the room was serviced to perfection each day. Thank you for a wonderful experience for a couple of first time travellers to Seoul. We will definitely be back 😊

i've stayed at hotel manu twice now, once before and once after covid, and have loved it both times! SO close to seoul station and the walk to and from is so easy! also close to myeongdong shopping street and namsan tower! such a cozy hotel with the loveliest reception staff and cleaners.

The room was small and clean. The dining area was small, clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. The girls at the front desk were easy to communicate and gave us nice directions. It only took a few minutes to walk to Seoul Station. Good location.

Excellent service and location

Due to a flight delay, there was a chance of missing check in by 1.30am. After informing the hotel, they were very accommodating to wait for us and we were able to check in just before 2am without issue. There is also a linkway bridge from the hotel to Seoul station so location is great.
