I loved everything about my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and had beautiful views of the red rocks. The hot tub and pool were warm enough to use even in the cold winter evenings. The spa was a bit outdated but I enjoyed having access to the steam and sauna. They were perfect after a long day of hiking. The best thing about this stay is the location. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance and it’s right in the heart of town.

The rooms are a little outdated, but very spacious and comfortable. We loved the heated pool and the huge Jacuzzi. It was fun to explore the spacious grounds and find things to do like play miniature golf. We're would definitely come and stay longer. Oh, and the location is great, right behind Tlaquepaque!

Staff great. Hotel campus fantastic. But rooms very old. Broken furniture (couch). Also, the hotel has wood burning fireplaces in other units which are really bad for allergies and smell. They should convert to gas. But…price was excellent for a last minute reservation…plus, very easy to walk everywhere including to trails.

Beautiful surroundings: Classic Sedona red-rock setting, lush grounds, peaceful walking paths. • Friendly, welcoming staff: Consistently praised for warmth and helpfulness. • Great location: Walkable to Tlaquepaque; easy access to trails and town. 👎 Drawbacks • Rooms feel dated: Older interiors, fixtures, and layouts compared with newer resorts. • Not luxury-modern: More “classic timeshare” than contemporary spa hotel. Bottom line: If you value atmosphere, scenery, and kind staff over modern room design, it’s a very pleasant stay. The aging rooms keep it from a higher score, but the setting and service comfortably earn a solid 4/5.
