They recommended Icon parking. That garage was one scam after another. Coming up with extra fees, not respecting pre paid fees, forcing to leave before agreed time, threatrning to tow the car. Hotel refused to help out with anything.

The a/c was not working and the room never changed because they were “full”. The lack of area mats made the floors terribly slippery and my son fell and hit his head with the night stand. I wasn’t offered an icepack or any first aid assistance and my child still had a headache a full day later. The price was too high for a room with no windows, dirty venting, ripped walls and broken headboard.

Room was clean and location was great. Two reasons I cannot give this resort a 5 star rating but really wish I could… the beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. And the road noise was loud at night. A police and fire substation is one street down so you can hear the sirens and horns from the street. I’ve stayed at hotels with sound proof glass. The service desk and doorman were amazing! And I would recommend this hotel, just note the noise if you a light sleeper.
